This is one of the best collectible swords to date and I mean it, “anybody want a peanut?” The Princess Bride is a classic movie and it is commemorated by this limited edition sword of the Dread Pirate Roberts! This sword is a complete 1:1 scale reproduction of the actual Dread Pirate Roberts sword prop used in the 1987 film The Princess Bride. This sword is not just a film replica but is a fully functional sword forged by expert sword smiths. This limited edition sword from the Princess Bride comes complete with a numbered display plaque and a full color 6 page certificate of authenticity! The certificate includes information about the sword as well as some words about the film by director Rob Reiner! It would be “inconceivable” to miss out on a chance to own 1 of 750 limited collectible swords from the movie The Princess Bride.

What a cool idea to use a modified log spliter to do the initial work of forge welding the plates together instead of a power hammer.

A Germanic composite twist sword blade. You can already see the two center bars twist pattern. Adding the wrap-around edge to be forge welded on. The pattens that these make when finished and polished are so beautiful.
